Items ordered on this site are custom made and therefore sales are final. (Sorry, no returns or exchanges).

Ordering Opportunities

Wave 1: Sept 27-Oct 7th.

Player Numbers and Distribution: If your player does not know their number, please type "Name, PENDING" in the number field of any items where you want to add a number. Once rosters are set after tryouts, we will update pending numbers. Orders will be distributed after teams are set and we are able to complete the personalization.

Sizing: For apparel, we have included size charts from the manufacturers to help you make your selections. Please note that sizing among the various manufacturers may differ. BAUER Apparel is available to try on at Strauss in Maplewood.

Delivery: Orders will be distributed by the team.

Back Orders: We do our best to monitor item availability from our manufacturers; however, in the event that an item is out of stock from the manufacturer, we may substitute something similar if available or contact you with options. We are not responsible for manufacturer back-orders.

After you place your order you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive this email, please contact us at StraussTeams@gmail.com so that we can verify accuracy and receipt of your order. In the email please include your full name as well as the organization you are ordering with.
